A PRICELESS RENDEZVOUS

One of the highlights of August 2022 was the visit by Mr Campbell Wilson, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Air India. This was his first visit after assuming the position in May 2022.

With 26 years of aviation industry expertise across both full-service and low-cost airlines, Mr Wilson had many insights and inspiring thoughts to share. He visited Kochi head office on 5th August 2022. Later on 12^th August, he visited the Operations Control Centre (OCC) in Mumbai, which is our first independent OCC.

A Healthy Mind for a Healthy Body

As part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which aims to boost the holistic wellness of employees, two more webinars were held in August 2022. The first webinar, titled “Adaptability- A Future Proof Life Skill”, was held on August 4, 2022. This session explained in detail the concept of adaptability and taught the participants how to incorporate adaptability into their lives.

The second webinar was on controlling our thoughts and stress levels. Titled “You Are What You Think”, the webinar was held on August 29, 2022. The session was aimed at training our minds to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, thereby enhancing awareness about the power of thoughts. The session also provided strategies to combat unhelpful/irrational thoughts.

More such sessions are expected in the coming months. Stay tuned!!
