  • Air India Express passengers are permitted to carry LED TV set, which should not exceed 43 inches, as part of the free baggage allowance.
  • It is always safe to avoid carrying valuable and fragile items as checked-in baggage.
  • While making payment online, take care that the name, address and other details entered on the payment page match with the bank records.
  • Make sure that the necessary documents are ready when you are waiting for your turn for check-in. This makes things easier for you and everyone else waiting in the queue.
  • Any baggage that exceeds the free allowance will be subject to extra baggage charges and can be checked in only if space is available on the aircraft.
  • Power banks/portable mobile chargers are prohibited in checked-in baggage, and these can be carried in the hand baggage.
