Expressing Aspirations 2016 was forsooth a successful interactive session conducted by Air India Express. The programme was conducted on 17th February 2016 and it was an Interactive session between Students with Pilots & Cabin crew. The fun-filled learning drive was conducted at Bhavans Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara.
And now, after the success of Expressing Aspirations 2016, Air India Express is back with the much appreciated and awaited event, Expressing Aspirations 2018. Previously, it was an interactive session between students with Pilots and cabin crew, and this time, it’s +2 students and senior aircraft engineers, and also the event gave access for students to one of the most classified security zones; the maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facility of Air India.
The programme was conducted on 22 September at MRO, Thiruvananthapuram. The panel of the session includes Mr. Hairdas Menon (Sr. AGM, Air India Express), Ms. Soney Noble (AGM, Avionics stream), Mr. K.N. Radhakrishnan (Executive, Engineering Facilities Division), Mr. J.R. Pradeep (Deputy Chief Aircraft Engineer), and Mr. Benoy Joseph (Deputy Chief Aircraft Engineer, Avionics stream).
More than 30 students from the different schools of Thiruvananthapuram district participated in the programme, and it was indeed an awe-inspiring day for each and every one of them. The students came up with so many questions, and the experienced panel managed to answer all of it. It was more like a casual talk rather than a formal question-answer session, and as like the previous Expressing Aspirations event, this one also had its moments.
